Pricing System

At Pro IT Park, we understand that each project is unique regarding its requirements, deadlines, and complexity. Therefore, our pricing system is designed to be flexible and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client’s while maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. Here’s a breakdown of our pricing system.

Pricing will Depend on Project Requirements

Each project’s is assessed individually to determine the most appropriate price, considering the following factors;

 

• • Project Scope: The scale and complexity of the project, including the number of features, platforms, or services required.

• • Deadline: Urgent projects and shorter deadlines may require additional resources and thus incur higher costs.

• • Quality and Specificity: Projects requiring higher levels of customization, design, or functionality will have variable pricing based on those demands.

Minimum Service Charge

 

• • Standard Services: For our full-scale services like Web Development, Digital Marketing Strategies, Business Automation, and Comprehensive Consulting, the Minimum Project Price is $500. However, the price will always depend on the service requirements. This reflects the level of expertise, attention to detail, and high-quality results that, we provide for larger projects.

• • Affordable Services: For simpler or less resource-intensive tasks, such as small updates, basic website fixes, lower-tier services, or limited consulting, we offer affordable pricing options starting at $300. These services are designed to meet the needs of businesses looking for specific, cost-effective solutions.

Pricing Structure for Common Services

 

• • Web Development and Design: Depending on the website’s complexity (e.g., landing pages, e-commerce platforms, CMS integration).

• • Digital Marketing Campaigns: Depending on service complexity, includes Website SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Paid Advertising (PPC, Google Ads, etc.).

• • Business Automation: Depending on the system integration and the level of automation required.

• • SEO and Content Creation: Depending on small-scale content writing or basic SEO audits but may increase based on the length and depth of the service.

Monthly and Weekly Services

We also provide ongoing services on a monthly or weekly basis for clients who require continuous support. This is ideal for long-term projects such as;

 

• • SEO and Digital Marketing: Continuous optimization, campaign management, and reporting to ensure sustained growth.

• • Social Media Management: Regular content creation, posting, and engagement on social platforms.

• • Website Maintenance: Routine updates, security patches, and performance monitoring to keep your site running smoothly.

Project-Based Consultation

Our consultation fees are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the time, expertise, and strategic insight required. In many cases, consultation is integrated into larger projects at no additional cost. For standalone consultations, fees start at $300.

Additional Factors Affecting Pricing

 

• • Long-term Contracts: Discounts or special pricing may be offered for long-term collaborations or ongoing services, such as retainer agreements for monthly Digital Marketing or IT Support.

• • Revisions and Changes: Major revisions or scope changes after project approval may incur additional charge-free based on the required time and resources.

Transparent Communication and Quotation

Before starting any project, Pro IT Park provides a detailed proposal that includes:

 

• • A breakdown of costs associated with each task or service.

• • A clear timeline outlining the project’s completion schedule.

• • Opportunities for clients to discuss and refine the scope of the project to ensure it meets their needs and budget.

This ensures that clients are fully informed of all costs and expectations from the outset.

Payment System and Workable Solution

At Pro IT Park, we are committed to providing high-quality services tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. To ensure smooth project execution and mutual trust, we follow a clear and flexible payment system, which is based on the size and scope of the project.

Note: You must contact the admin to confirm any payment-related issues, such as payment confirmation. If you deal with someone other than the admin, the admin will never be responsible, so contact the admin directly regarding the payment issue. Speak directly with the Director before and after payment, and confirm your Payment.

Payment Terms Based on Project Value

Full Advance for One-Time Project’s when the Dill will Confirm

Small Contracts ($0 – $5,000)
For projects under $5,000, payment is Full Advances when the Dill will Confirm

Large Contracts (Above $5,000)
For projects over $5,000, payment is divided into 2 milestone

 

• • The project must be Monthly based

• • Full Advance for First Month

• • After First Month 50% when the Month will start

• • 50% 15 days after the first milestone

Payment for High-Value Projects

For large-scale or long-term projects with substantial pricing, with Pro IT Park. If the project price is $5000 then, this will be divided into two milestones and one milestone will be sent each week with a 50% markup and must need to make paid by the client.

 

• • The payment for each upcoming week must be made one day in advance.

• • If the payment is not received, the work will be temporarily suspended until the payment is cleared.

• • If no payment is made for an extended period (typically agreed upon in the contract), we will stop the project work.

Payment Reminder and Suspension of Work

Clients will receive a payment reminder 3 days in advance for every up-comming payments.

If payment is not received in right time:

 

• • Suspension: Work will be paused until payment is received.

• • Termination: For 30 days longer delays or failure to payment, the project may be permanently terminated.

Refund Policy

At Pro IT Park, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality results and meeting agreed-upon targets. However, in rare cases where we are unable to achieve the targeted result as per the terms of the contract, we offer the following refund policy.

If Pro IT Park fails to meet the targeted outcomes or deliverables stated in the contract, clients are entitled to a partial refund based on the work completed up to that point.

 

• • Refund Amount: The amount of refund will depend on the stage of the project and the work already delivered. We will assess the progress and provide a fair and transparent refund amount. In some cases, a 100% money-back guarantee but, depends on the stage of work.

Transparency and Clear Communication

Pro IT Park ensures that all payment terms and conditions are clearly stated in the contract before the start of any project.

 

• • We maintain open communication with our clients throughout the project, keeping them informed about deadlines, payments, and milestones in a safe Google Docs File (access only Founder and Client).

By implementing this payment system, Pro IT Park ensures that clients are comfortable with the payment structure while also safeguarding the timely completion of work and maintaining a productive relationship.
