Company Information

Pro IT Park is a Leading Technology and Marketing Agency Operating from Bangladesh. We provide a wide range of services, including but not limited to Digital Marketing, Web Development, Website SEO, Video Editing, Graphics Design, Software Development, and Business Automation.

Eligibility

To engage with Pro IT Park, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract. Sometimes, f you are a legal E-commerce Business owner then we can accept a minimum age of 13 Years old. But not for everyone, you need to prove this Legally then we will accept you. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All services are subject to these Terms. The scope of services, fees, and timelines will be discussed and agreed upon in a separate Service Agreement, which will outline the specific terms of the project.

Intellectual Property 

All materials, content, and services provided by Pro IT Park are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed, Pro IT Park retains ownership of all rights, titles, and interests in the work, designs, and other proprietary information created during our services.

The client may use deliverables as stipulated in the individual Service Agreement. Any unauthorized or Illegal use, reproduction, or distribution of Pro IT Park intellectual property is strictly prohibited. If we find any such evidence, we will take legal action and the person who did this will be must liable to pay compensation. 

Data Protection and Privacy  

Pro IT Park is committed to pro tecting the privacy of our clients and adhering to international data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Law) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA Law).

We collect personal information solely to provide our services and improve user experience. We can’t sell or share personal information without explicit consent. 

• Client Data: We collect, store, and process client data following applicable data protection laws.  
• Security: We use industry-standard security measures to ensure that client data is protected from unauthorized access or misuse.  
• Data Sharing: Personal data may be shared with third-party vendors solely to fulfill the client’s project requirements, and only if the third party complies with data protection standards.  
• Data Deletion: Upon request, we will delete all personal data under legal obligations.

Confidentiality 

Both Pro IT Park and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information exchanged during the project. Confidential information includes all proprietary materials, trade secrets, Login Access, Login Permission, and business strategies.

Limitation of Liability

Pro IT Park is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability for any claim related to our services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

Force Majeure  

Pro IT Park will not be responsible for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its out of control such as limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Termination

Either party may terminate the Service Agreement by providing written notice as stipulated in the Agreement. Pro IT Park reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client fails to comply with the Terms.

Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due. Any work completed up to the date of termination will be delivered, and the intellectual property rights as per the agreement will be transferred accordingly.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Pro IT Park will be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

Amendments 

Pro IT Park reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of the services after modifications indicate acceptance of the revised Terms.

Be Noted: By using Pro IT Park services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. We will be responsible for any work as long as it is in our hands, and once we make the final delivery, we will not take any responsibility for that work.
